Kingdom Workforce LLC, operating as Relay Messaging ("Relay," "we," "us," "our"), provides text-messaging software for staffing and employment communication. This policy describes how we handle information collected in connection with our services, including our SMS program.
When you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and a record of your consent (including when and how you opted in), along with the messages you send and receive through our service.
We use this information solely to communicate with you about employment opportunities, interview and shift scheduling, and related questions, and to comply with legal and carrier requirements. We retain consent records as required by applicable messaging regulations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers necessary to deliver messages (such as our messaging carrier partner) and only for that purpose.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of employment. You can leave the program at any time:

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, with a minimum retention period of five (5) years for consent records as required by messaging regulations. We protect your information using industry-standard security practices. Opt-out requests are honored permanently: once you text STOP, our system blocks all further messages to your number unless you re-subscribe by texting START.
