These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SMS messaging services provided by Kingdom Workforce LLC, operating as Relay Messaging ("Relay," "we," "us," "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Relay provides employment-related text messaging on behalf of staffing offices. Messages may include job opportunity notifications, interview scheduling, shift confirmations, application status updates, and related employment communications.
By texting START to our number, providing your phone number with SMS consent on a job application form, or giving verbal consent during a phone screening, you consent to receive text messages from us related to employment opportunities and staffing services.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or any purchase. You may opt in or out at any time.
Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1–10 messages per week depending on available job opportunities and your application status. Message frequency may increase during active job placement periods.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The SMS service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Employment opportunities communicated via text are subject to availability and employer discretion.
Kingdom Workforce LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SMS service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, delayed messages, or carrier failures.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
